Signs at the West Geauga Commons

1. Permits must be obtained from West Geauga Community Joint Recreation Board before placing signs on the West Geauga Commons property.
2. Signs may only be placed by non-profit organizations, or organizations without political affiliations, that have a permit to hold an event at the West Geauga Commons.
3. Signs may be placed up to 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
4. Up to two signs may be installed with an aggregate area of 12 square feet.
5. Signs must be commercial quality.
6. Content of the signs must be approved by the West Geauga Community Joint Recreation Board. Political signs will not be permitted.
7. Signs may be placed on the West Geauga Commons property abutting Rt. 306 and no closer than 10 feet to the road.
8. Signs are to be installed and removed by the permitted organization. Signs not removed within three (3) days after the event shall be disposed of.
